AUCTION CLOSING DATE: Thurs., Oct. 29^th at 11:37 AM.  Closing starts with the first item at 11:37 AM EST and continues closing 5 items per minute thereafter through to the last item in listing order.

INSPECT: Weds., Oct. 28^th from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM 

REMOVAL: Mon., Nov. 2nd from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Please come prepared with all manpower and tools necessary to complete the removal. If you have any questions about removal please call auctioneer before bidding.

SHIPPING: We do not ship, but shipping is available through Maildock at 1594 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042. They also offer Crating, Warehousing and Freight Shipping on the larger equipment as well. NOTES: Please read down for complete terms of auction. There is a 15% Buyers Premium in effect for your purchases. You, or anyone picking up for you, must bring a copy of the paid invoice with you to remove your items. Small items / materials is not packed, you will need to provide your own boxes, crates and tubs; we do not have any onsite.  Buyer is responsible to deinstall all equipment as indicated, please bring tools with you as may be needed.  You will need to bring straps, floor dollies, pallet jacks or hand trucks that you may need to assist you in loading.  Staff is not available to carry or load your purchases; please bring all additional manpower that you will need to assist you. There is ground level loading only, no loading dock.  Some items are located on the 2^nd floor with stair access only, please note description.
