AUCTION CLOSING DATE: Wednesday, Jan. 6th, beginning at 2:37 pm.  Bidding closes on the first item at 2:37 pm , then closes at a rate of five items per minute thereafter in catalog order until bidding on all items has closed.

INSPECTION: Monday, Jan. 4, 2016 10am to 2pm

Location 1: 2422 Raleigh St., Harrisburg, PA 17111 10am – 12pm

Location 2: 5302 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 11am – 2pm

Location 3: 400 S. Front St., Wormelysburg, PA 17043 12pm – 2pm

REMOVAL: Friday, Jan. 8, 2016 (3 locations - times at each location below)

Location 2: 5302 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 from 11am - 4pm

Terms and Conditions of Sale

REMOVAL: Fri., Jan. 8th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  Please come prepared with all manpower and tools necessary to disconnect and remove all equipment. If you have any questions about removal please call auctioneer before bidding. Everything is first floor loading at all locations, no loading docks. There will be a forklift at each location to assist in loading the large equipment outside onto your truck. It is buyers responsibility to have manpower and materials handling equipment for inside the buildings

SHIPPING: No shipping is available for this auction. Buyer is welcome to make their own shipping arrangements. Auction company will not palletize, crate or load purchases...make sure that your shipper will handle this for you.

NOTES: Please read down for complete terms of auction. There is a 15% Buyers Premium in effect for your purchases. You, or anyone picking up for you, must bring a copy of the paid invoice with you to remove your items. Small items / materials is not packed, you will need to provide your own boxes, crates and tubs; we do not have any onsite.

Buyer is responsible to deinstall all equipment as indicated, please bring tools with you as may be needed.  You will need to bring straps, floor dollies, pallet jacks or hand trucks that you may need to assist you in loading.  Staff is not available to carry or load your purchases; please bring all additional manpower that you will need to assist you. There is ground level loading only, no loading docks at any of the 3 locations. We will have one forklift on site at each location to load large equipment onto your truck outside.

SALES TAX:  6% PA Sales Tax will be charged on items at Location 1 in the Harrisburg Warehouse. Items at the Mechanicsburg and Wormleysburg locations are not taxable.
