REMOVAL: Mon., Jan. 11th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Staggered times at the 3 locations).  Please come prepared with all manpower and tools necessary to disconnect and remove all equipment. If you have any questions about removal please call auctioneer before bidding. Everything is first floor loading, no loading docks.

SHIPPING: No shipping is available for this auction.

NOTES: Please read down for complete terms of auction. There is a 15% Buyers Premium in effect for your purchases. You, or anyone picking up for you, must bring a copy of the paid invoice with you to remove your items. Small items / materials is not packed, you will need to provide your own boxes, crates and tubs; we do not have any onsite.
