AUCTION CLOSING DATE: Sat., Nov. 7^th at 9:07 AM.  Closing starts with the first item at 9:07 AM EST and continues closing 5 items per minute thereafter through to the last item in listing order.

INSPECT: Fri., Nov. 6^th from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM 

REMOVAL: Sun., Nov. 8^th and Mon., Nov. 9^th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  Please come prepared with all manpower and tools necessary to complete the removal. If you have any questions about removal please call auctioneer before bidding. There will be no extension of removal times.  If you cannot pick up during the specified times, please do not bid.

SHIPPING: No Shipping, pick-up only.

NOTES: Please read down for complete terms of auction. There is a 15% Buyers Premium in effect for your purchases. You, or anyone picking up for you, must bring a copy of the paid invoice with you to remove your items. No packing or wrapping materials are available at the site, buyer must provide their own.  Buyer is responsible to disassemble any items as needed, please bring tools with you.  You will need to bring straps, floor dollies, pallet jacks or hand trucks that you may need to assist you in loading.  Staff is not available to carry or load your purchases; please bring all additional manpower that you will need to assist you.
